Sejah Farm of the Virgin Islands hosted its annual “Bush Cook/Chef Cook” featuring local restaurant owners, chefs, and cooks. The challenge began at 7:00 a.m and the culinary artists used only locally grown foods found at Sejah Farm’s Market Stand along with their creativity.
